Below are some of are common questions about orders.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@echoofserenity.com just in case there is a problem with your order. Please check your spam or junk mail folder in your mailbox before contacting us if the order confirmation has been hijacked.
How can I track my package?
You will receive a tracking number following your order. You can then go to the Order Tracking page to view the progress of your order.
Can I cancel my order?
There is only a short period of time between the time you place your order and the time we begin processing. If you contact us immediately after ordering, via contact@echoofserenity.com
, we may be able to cancel your order before it is processed. Otherwise, we will ship your order and you will be able to cancel once the order is received at your home. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange the return under our Returns & Refunds Policy and refund your original payment method, no annex form required.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of delivery. Email contact@echoofserenity.com
with your order number and we’ll send instructions.
I received a damaged item. What can I do about it?
We are sorry to hear that. Please send proof within 10 days of delivery, just email a photo of the damaged item to contact@echoofserenity.com
. We’ll send you a similar replacement as quickly as possible. No return is required for damaged items.
How can I return an item?
Please contact our customer service via contact@echoofserenity.com. If the return is made within the 14 day cancellation period and meets our return criteria. All returns will be at your expense, you must arrange and pay for proper packaging when returning an item.

Below are some common questions about payments.
What are the payment methods?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Your card is authorized at checkout and charged when your order ships. All transactions are encrypted; we do not store your card details.
What is the time frame for a refund?
We aim to process refunds within three days of returning an item. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. That said, please allow up to seven business days after returning the item to us before contacting us about your refund. We will contact you via email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
